Global Horizons Ops Codex Terms of Use
These terms govern the internal use of the Global Horizons Ops Codex application and its related integration pages by authorised Global Horizons personnel and approved operators.
Scope
This application is provided for internal organisational use only. It is designed to support executive operations, reporting, finance analysis, workflow preparation, and approved system integrations.
Authorised use only
- Access is limited to authorised users acting on behalf of Global Horizons Trust.
- You must not use the application for unlawful, misleading, or unauthorised activity.
- You must not use the app to bypass governance controls, approval paths, or system permissions.
Operational boundaries
- The application may assist with analysis, drafting, summaries, and controlled internal write-back where approved.
- The application does not itself grant authority to send communications, publish public content, move money, or alter live finance records without approved controls.
- Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs, checking accuracy, and obtaining any required approvals.
Data and confidentiality
Users must treat charity, donor, trustee, staff, ministry, and financial information as confidential and use the application in line with internal data protection and security expectations.
Availability
The application is provided on an internal best-efforts basis. Features may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn where necessary for security, governance, or operational reasons.
No external reliance
Outputs from the application should not be treated as final legal, tax, audit, doctrinal, or regulatory advice unless separately reviewed and approved by the appropriate authority.
Termination of access
Access may be limited or revoked where necessary for security, governance, role change, or misuse concerns.
